Julian Manduca
is a communications studies graduate with a background in auditing and journalism.

He was a manager at Sapienza's book shop and part of the management team of the ethical trade organisation Aw Tribu Tip Top. Julian Manduca works as consultant editor at Network Publications (MaltaToday). He ran the University Film Club for seven years and is the coordinator of Friends of the Earth Malta.

Together with Irene Christ he runs ACTINGHOUSE PRODUCTIONS.

Irene Christ
is an actress by profession. She trained in Germany and acted in various important theatres in Bochum, Berlin and Duesseldorf. Among her better known roles were "Miss Julie" in the play of that name; Marianne in 'Tartuffe'; Helena in 'Look Back in Anger'; Jane in 'Fallen Angels'; Eve in 'The Broken Jug' and Katharina in 'Demons' (click here for a more detailed list). Irene has worked with several well known theatre and film directors including: Leander Haussmann, Dimiter Gotscheff, Christina Paulhofer, Klaus Emmerich, Uwe Dag Berlin and Juergen Kruse.

She now runs ACTINGHOUSE PRODUCTIONS with Julian Manduca.

Irene has lived in Malta on and off since 1998 and teaches drama.
